These halibut were hook and line caught in Southeast AK by the hardworking fishermen of the Seafood Producers Cooperative, of which I am also a fisherman/owner. Being part of a cooperative means that I am part of a team that allows me to source fish I am unable to catch aboard my boat, and provide my customers with a wider seafood selection. As members of the Seafood Producers Cooperative, we are all small boat fishermen sustainably managed by the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.
